Important Notes
  • For some products, Orovira may request advance payment (partial or full) as a confirmation.

  • If your pre-paid order is canceled due to product unavailability or any other reason, a full refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

Payment Policy
  • Price Adjustments: Product prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, product shortages, or unforeseen market changes.

  • In such cases, Orovira will inform the customer of the updated price before dispatch. Orders will only be shipped after customer confirmation.

  • If the customer disagrees with the new price, the order can be canceled and a full refund will be issued (if advance payment was made).
